Hello, I’m Min – Health + Well-being Coach.
As a health + well-being coach I am passionate about guiding women from a state of overwhelm to on of calm; inspiring them to make time for themselves so that they can be the best version of themselves.
I am also passionate about empowering people back into the kitchen to prepare real food. I am one half of The Kitchen Whizz and have developed recipes for many, including The Natural Nutritionist.
I haven’t always lived a life that I loved; coaching people to be the best version of themselves that they can be through the power of self-care and real food.
In 2010, after issues with an irritable gut reached tipping point, I begun to look closer into the foods I was eating and the impact they had on my gut. I found that they affected much more and was surprised at the impact certain foods had on my physical and mental well-being. It was during this time that I noticed that whilst my love for cooking grew, more and more people were opting out of the kitchen.
With the birth of my second son in 2011, life became busier and busier. I was juggling a corporate management career with raising a family and all that life brings and I was struggling. I was overwhelmed, irritable, always rushing, lacked energy, was unhappy and giving so much too so many that I had nothing left in reserve for me. So begun my journey of filling my own cup, of prioritising myself so that I was able to give to others.
It was during this time that I reached back for my essential oils. They provided me with physical and emotional support during what was a really challenging time and since 2016 have become a daily part of mine and the families life. From reminding me at how amazing my body is each and every day; to balancing the mood within the house; supporting our emotions; calming that voice between our ears, all our first aid requirements and providing the boys with the courage & confidence to do their very best.
It is through my own health + well-being journey that I have been able to create my own happiness and a life where I feel that I am thriving. And for those times when I am not thriving, I have a tool kit at my disposal full of essential oils, self-care and real food tricks which balance me out and have me living a life of abundance again. I work with people on their own health + well-being journey so that they can do the same.
