Did you know that I love to develop recipes and menu’s focusing on real foods, seasonal produce and keeping it simple for the whole family to enjoy? The process of developing a recipe and/or a menu involves inspiration, creation and of course taste testing.

I have developed recipes for one on one coaching clients, The Kitchen Whizz and Whole Beginnings. I have been developing recipes for The Natural Nutritionist for the past two years and our recipes have featured in Nourish magazine, YUM.gluten free as well as the 28 by Sam Wood program.
